During these difficult times, we want to reassure you that there’s no higher priority for us other than to ensure the safety and health of our customers and employees. We are vigilantly monitoring the latest developments on the COVID-19 situation around the clock and are also following the guidance of the government and public health officials.
As a trusted eCommerce logistics partner, we have put in place a business continuity plan in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
These measures will ensure that Shoppre can maintain business continuity while protecting the health and safety of our employees. We will also monitor any regulatory changes closely and update our measures if need be.
WAREHOUSE PRECAUTIONS:
- We are doing mandatory health screening for all staff handling any packages in the warehouse
- Split-team work arrangement: Our employees in our Bengaluru, KA, India office will be split into separate teams of employees who will be deployed at different work schedules. In this case, each department will be split equally into Team A and Team B with each team taking turns to work from home.
- Buffer Time: between shifts and closing is implemented to ensure the premises are disinfected
- Packages received are first disinfected using sanitizers
