Please update your records with our new warehouse address. We will be operating during the shifting process and there can be a slight delay in delivering your shipment due to the movement. We expect your cooperation in this matter.

Price Changes: Due to disruptions in the global supply chain network in the current pandemic situation, we are forced to increase the shipping rates for certain countries. As this is a mandate from our courier partners, we are left with little choice but to implement the rate changes.

As per the recent guidelines, the European Union has made three important changes in the VAT rules which will come into effect from July 1, 2021. This includes removal of the €22 import VAT exemption, Introduction of an Import One-Stop Shop, and certain online marketplaces becoming the VAT collector.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a delay in delivering your shipments. If you want to ship any special items from India (e.g., liquid, semi liquid products), it will take 20 -25 days to deliver to your country. As per the latest government guidelines, the e-commerce & shipping services will be operational during the lockdown. As per the latest guidelines issued by the Government of Karnataka, a lockdown has been imposed for 14 days from 27th April 9:00PM IST. 

The shipping services will be operational with some restrictions during the lockdown. However, if you don’t want your shipment immediately/waiting for more products to arrive, be assured that your products will be stored safely with us in case the restrictions get tighter.

Is Shoppre receiving the package:?

Yes, In COVID times also, after taking all the safety measures, we are accepting packages from Monday to Sunday from 0800hrs to 1800 hrs, IST.

Is shoppre dispatching the shipments? 

Yes, We have DHL and FedEx as our trusted partners who are operating on freighters and hence, in COVID there is no drastic affect. Although there is delay expected in total delivery TAT by 6-10 days depending upon the guidelines of destination country/city.

  •  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a slight delay in package updating on our customer dashboard during the weekends. 
  • Personal Shopper packages received on Saturday and Sunday in Shoppre warehouse will be updated on customer dashboard on Monday. 
  • This new change will be applicable on 24th-25th April & 1st-2nd May 2021.

  2. Clearance and delay due to COVID-19 at the destination can be expected and unfortunately would not be completely under our control. We are using the best courier partners to ensure the best service experience can be delivered.
  3. You can now start shopping from Indian Stores with your virtual address, or else you can place a personal shopper order with us and we would be able to fulfill the purchase using our alternate fulfillment centers in the country.
