As per MHA guidelines, we are resuming the shipping of non-essential goods. We are open and shipping packages daily, while following strict health and safety practices.

We are pleased to tell you that we are resuming our shipping services to the USA, Canada, Australia & Other Countries. Our services came to a standstill due to the pandemic COVID-19, and we are being very careful with the delivery of your order as your health and well being is our priority.

Now Create Ship Request:

The customers who have already placed an order from India, but could not move forward with their order earlier, can now create a ship request for their orders to be delivered. And we will deliver their products to their doorsteps safely. Meanwhile, we have also resumed our shopping and shipping services from India, but only for a few non-essential items. 

Safe & Sanitized Delivery:

Though work environments have changed, our commitment towards our customers remains the same when it comes to shipping. We assure you of safe and smooth shipping during these times as we are taking utmost care to ensure that all the necessary precautions are taken while packaging your order.

We have specially partnered with a renowned delivery partner DHL & FedEx who is helping us reach every customer globally. We have carefully selected the best and trustworthy courier partner, which strictly follows the essential guidelines to ensure the safe and sanitized delivery of your products on time.

Shipping Rate Updates:

Due to the current COVID situation and imposition of lockdown on the International Flights, we are facing some increase in the pricing. We assure you that this will be temporary and the same will revert back to normal soon. Kindly reach out to our chat to know more about the same. 

Important Note:

  1. You can create Ship Request now.
  2. Clearance and delay due to COVID-19 at the destination can be expected and unfortunately would not be completely under our control. We are using the best courier partners to ensure the best service experience can be delivered. As a result at the destination, the delivery may be delayed up to 3-6 Days (from what we have observed).
  3. You can now start shopping from Indian Stores with your virtual address, or else you can place a personal shopper order with us and we would be able to fulfill the purchase using our alternate fulfillment centers in the country.
